Want It Now (Sydney Metropolitan Area)

This service is available only for deliveries within the Sydney Metropolitan area. Please allow up to 4 hours for delivery for peak periods or for further distances within Metropolitan Sydney. Deliveries are tracked to the minute, an email will be sent containing a tracking link, line number and password.

Upon arrival the driver will require a signature upon delivery. If there is no one home when the driver attempts delivery, they will make contact via the mobile number provided and with your permission:

  • Leave your parcel somewhere safe (as nominated by you),
  • Deliver to an alternate address, or
  • Redeliver at another time.

Australian Orders

Within Australia we offer 2 types of shipping:

  • Australia Post Parcel Post (3 to 7 Day Delivery) for $13.00
  • Australia Post Express Post (1 to 3 Days) for $16.00 

Orders will be processed for shipment within 24 hours of receipt Monday to Friday. Orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays, they will be processed and be ready for shipping the next business day. All items purchased have gone through QC and will be given another inspection prior to dispatch to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping is only offered for purchases within Australia. A minimum purchase of $200.00 is required to receive Free Shipping with shipments made via Australia Post’s Parcel Post Service. Free Shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days to arrive at your doorstep.

International Orders

International orders to any destination in the world will be charged at the rates listed below. All items will be sent using Australia Posts Airmail Service and delivery could take up to 10 days depending on your location.

  • 1 Item Purchased: $30.00
  • 2 Items Purchased: $40.00
  • 3 Items Purchased: $50.00
  • 4 Items Purchased: $60.00
  • 5 or More Items Purchased: $70.00

Returns

We will gladly offer a Refund or Credit Note if the garment is deemed faulty by our production department after our inspection of your returned product.  However this Applies only if the item is not replaceable by an exchange. Returns requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we have confirmed your exchange with a RA number, the item must be sent back within 42 hours.

  • No Refunds will be issued for any reduced or SALE items,
  • No Refunds or Exchanges will be issued for any CUSTOMER SPECIALS (including Evening wear),
  • A Credit voucher is not redeemable for cash nor acceptable at any of our other private stockists, &
  • All return accepted refunds are applied to the original card or account of purchase.
  • No Refund for change of mind.

Exchange

Returns & Exchange requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we have confirmed your exchange with a RA number, the item must be sent back within 42 hours. The item must be unworn or washed & with its original tags in place to be accepted.

  • Note 1: If your requested size/colour of your exchange item is not available we will issue a credit note to be used within 6 months of issue.
  • Note 2: All returns will be at your expense.
  • Note 3: Exchange or Credit note is available for SALE items within 7 days of receiving your item.
