Please ensure that the Shipping Address details provided are correct. Lucid is not responsible for any incorrect shipping addresses, refused shipments or unclaimed parcels that are returned to Lucid. Any Shipment returned will incur a re-sending fee of $10.00 plus the initial shipping fee annotated on the original invoice.


All items shipped are insured by Lucid during the time that the order is in transit until it is delivered to the nominated shipping address. In using Lucid you accept that an order is considered delivered when Australia Post Parcel or Express Post and Want it Now Updates the Tracking Number for the shipment to “Delivered”.


We apologize for any inconvenience a faulty garment may cause and will refund at our discretion for faulty items deemed by our QC department to be irreplaceable or irreparable. Please note that garments that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or carelessness are not considered to be faulty and will not be replaced.


Returns & Exchange requests must be made in writing within 7 days of receiving your item. Once we have confirmed your exchange the item must be sent back within 42 hours.
